Statement of Faith

  • We believe that the Holy Bible, as originally written, to be verbally inspired by the Holy Spirit, and therefore without error, and the only infallible rule for all human conduct.
  • We believe that there is only one living and true God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, one in substance and equal in every divine perfection.
  • We believe in the absolute Deity and full humanity of the Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in His virgin birth, who by His suffering, death and resurrection, made full satisfaction to the justice of God for the sin of man, so that by faith in His finished work, alone, all who believe are made in their salvation.
  • We believe that the Holy Spirit is a Divine Person, and that He convicts of sin, righteousness and judgement, bears witness to the truth, is the Agent of the New Birth, and that He empowers and indwells every child of God.
  • We believe that God created the heavens and the earth, and all life, including a personal Devil who shall be eternally judged.
  • We believe that man was created in innocence, but by voluntary transgression fell into sin, and thereby brought the whole race under the condemnation of eternal separation from God. We believe that the righteous and the wicked will be eternally separated.
  • We believe that the church is the body of Jesus for service, and His bride for glory. We believe that there are two ordinances in the church - baptism and the Lord's Supper.
  • We believe in the bodily, personal return of Jesus Christ, who comes to judge the living, and to set up His kingdom on earth. At His return, there will be a resurrection of the bodies of the dead, the believers to be joined with Jesus, and the wicked to receive their final doom.
